Safe Rooms
Safe rooms are shelters that can be accessed easily from inside your home- your family can reach cover without having to battle a raging storm outdoors. They are designed to withstand the most extreme weather conditions on record. Safe rooms can be dual-or multipurpose, serving as a panic room in the event of home intrusion, or as a walk-in vault for valuables or weapons.
Our safe rooms are constructed with 1/4" steel. The floor frame is attached to a a concrete foundation using Readhead Trubolt® 1/2" x 4 1/4" anchors. If you don't have a foundation, we'll pour one for you. We can install a safe room inside your home or garage, next to your home or garage with a connecting doorway in garage floor flush with the floor.
Ordering lead time for a saferoom is 2-3 weeks. Our standard model is 4' wide x 6' long; we also offer a model that is 6' wide and variable length. We require a 20% deposit to begin assembly.
